The only casino in the state of Iowa where it is currently illegal to sell alcohol, may have that changed in the very near future.

It was a jam-packed, fun-filled, celebrity-rich, party-party weekend in Las Vegas.
On Friday night, the lovely Audrina Patridge of MTV’s The Hills hosted an evening with the Las Vegas Pussycat Dolls. Taking the stage just shortly after midnight, the brunette bombshell was all “Dolled” up wearing a sexy rhinestone-studded costume complete with a sequined hat and fishnet stockings. As flashbulbs popped nonstop, Audrina welcomed the crowd to the show before introducing the magnificent Las Vegas Pussycat Dolls. She returned to the stage later in the evening in a second – very revealing — Pussycat Dolls costume that had eyes popping and temperatures rising.
Afterwards, Audrina and her entourage of friends, including her sister and Pussycat Dolls creator Robin Antin, headed to the main VIP stage inside of PURE Nightclub to keep the party going. Sipping on Grey Goose Vodka and soda, she hung out on her VIP bed and soaked in the electric atmosphere as DJ Hollywood dropped the beats all night long.
Sitting a couple tables away was actor Shane West who hung out with a large group of friends drinking and dancing throughout the night. Also partying at PURE on Friday night was actor Ian Ziering who enjoyed a VIP table with several friends. Ian and I enjoyed a wonderful birthday party at LAX on Saturday evening. More on that later. My buddy ‘Iron’ Mike Tyson was also out and about.
Earlier in the evening, Audrina and her friends dined at Las Vegas hotspot Social House inside TI where she savored mini Kobe burgers before sharing a dessert platter with her party.
Meanwhile just south on The Strip at LAX Nightclub the party was rocking and rolling as Criss Angel of “Mindfreak" fame took to a dance floor table drinking Montecristo Rum and cokes while socializing with admiring fans. Celebrity chef Kerry Simon also dropped by LAX and hung out on the main stage where System of a Down drummer John Dolemayan was kicking it. UFC fighter Forrest Griffin also stopped in and opted for a VIP table just off the dance floor with a handful of friends.
Award winning group Danity Kane celebrated the number one debut of their new album, Welcome to the Dollhouse, Friday night at The Bank Nightclub at Bellagio. Arriving to droves of screaming fans and flashbulbs, the girls made their way into The Bank’s VIP section and immediately hopped on the raised banquettes and danced the night away. Later in the evening the quintet performed their current hit single, “Damaged” from the skybox and the crowd below went nuts! The ladies dined at FIX Restaurant prior to partying at The Bank.
Also in the house in a separate party was rapper Lupe Fiasco and NFL star Shawne Merriman of the San Diego Chargers.
Quentin Tarantino spent Saturday afternoon enjoying the poolside view at Bare Pool Lounge while sipping on strawberry margaritas and dining on Caesar salad and pepperoni pizza.
Poolside was also an appealing destination for Aubrey O’Day of the group Danity Kane who lounged there Saturday with a Ciroc cocktail.
Buffalo Bills’ Melvin Fowler joined teammate JP Losman along with Daryl Boykins for lunch poolside at Bare Pool Lounge Saturday while enjoying strawberry daiquiris. At one point the DJ spun the smash tune “Soldier Boy” and Melvin hopped on stage and danced the entire song move for move.
